Well, pressed it up to 30psi and was leaking in the y bridge, Tried to jam it in with a 2x2 and it still blew out along with the inner o ring. So now, what all have I got to do to pull the Y bridge, cp3 pump, turbo, drain anti freeze, turbo coolant line, anything else?

A lot easier with the turbo out of the way but you don't need to pull the turbo or cp3 to get out the bridge. Yes it's a pain. I recommend putting a two piece back in its place.

It wasn't massive, it held 38 psi. I found the leak at 30 psi in the Y bridge and tried to move it to get it to stop when the O ring blew. So I'm thinking about changing everything back to the way it was when I had no smoke. Sportsman cp3, Stock turbo and 30 over's. Does anyone need a new 68mm VGT Turbocharger used 10mm pump and used 60s over injectors.
I will start at 6000 with no cores on the injectors.

You need a better EGR delete tube to hold the Y bridge neck in place with some new O rings on the neck first or One of HSP's billet bridges with bolt in neck cold side intercooler pipe setup if you have the money

Is the HSP the best or just the easiest. I was looking at the SDP 3" High-Flow Y-Bridge and Intercooler Pipe kit Steel (LBZ/LMM) thinking the steel would hold up longer, I'm asking for help before I buy.

Stock wheel or?

I was wondering if adding a batowheel or wicked wheel to the stock turbo would make a difference down at low rpms and early shifts, if not I will just leave it stock. It's a LBZ and I'm going back to the stock turbo after having all the problems with Smoke. I changed out the 60's and put the 30's back in and still it's to much smoke for me. I drive 500 miles to work and back each week and the smoke is terrible for me, It would be fine if I just drove around town and played, but this is my work truck.
Any thought's
Thanks Joe

Just leave it stock. Then you will know it isn't the turbo causing the smoke if it still does it.

With the right tuning and a 68 60 overs should be clean. 30s should be like stock. You have other issues to figure out

Smoke

Well the 60 overs and the 68mm are for sale if you would like to try and prove your theory. I'm sick of the smoke caused by the turbo lag at low rpm's.

its really not a theory, ive personally been in two trucks with this setup that are clean. Even sat in the truck with the tuner as he dialed it in to make sure it was up to what i wanted for a built truck ;). you have another issue that flat out needs to be address that we probably wont be able to do over text

Fuel return line

Well I been thinking. I changed out all the factory fuel return lines with 1/8" hose between the injectors going into a 1/4" tee out of that tee into a 5/16" tee that was going into the 10mm pump and out to the return line with 5/16" hose.
With all that being said, could the pump put out more fuel to the return than the 5/16" hose can get rid of and be causing extra fuel to stay in the cyl and cause the extra smoke?
