Isn't there a DSP tune pid? I believe it's called something like that anyway. If it says NonDSP it means your switch isn't working. Other it will say DSP#1, 2 etc...someone correct me if that's not right

I would make sure when you open the dsp tune on your laptop that there are no out of range cells

sometimes you need to change tables for the correct voltage for each dsp tune

Just found under upgrade OS. The currently loaded *.tune/ bin file operating system does not support custom op system upgrade using this option. What needs to be done?

I had a similiar issue when I did my DSP5. Can't remember exactly but somewhere near the last step (script) one or more of parameters got changed for reasons unknown. I recommend you go through those last steps and make sure those (three ?) PIDS are set correctly. It may have been the voltage settings returned to 0V for each tune on mine or the switch was disabled.

Are you sure you have the pins fully seated in the ECM harness?

Yep, thought I had install wrong before and broke a pin off. Finally got it out and come to find out it was the right spot! fixed the pin and its in there tight! I looked at scan tool and
Dsp5 tune and says nondsp
dsp5 volts 4.98-4.97
do i need to do something else? Im sure I missed a step or something easy?

I made the dsp tune using my race tune. Is there an order that they have to go in? Biggest tune to smallest? I have race, stupid street, tow, hot street and should not be on street. Haha

Biggest to smallest is recommended. That way the tables that don't get changed are tailored for the most power. My understanding.
