Thats the first thing I'm gonna check. It's at a shop 18 miles away. I'm going back down tomorrow.
Okay, here's some scan tool readings- Main Fuel (MM3)=79.7 - Des FRP (MPa)=45 - Act FRP (MPa)=5 - Des FRP Reg (mA) =794 - FPR Reg CMD (mA) = 778. other than injectors redone only thing changed fuel wise was a piece of hose that comes off filter base, brand of fuel filter (AFE), and bleeder screw repaired with no sign of leaking. I've bled it filter and test port at right front. Just cant figure this out.
yes, I pump til it gets hard. softens up quick when I crank. If I crank a bit then let fuel come from test port to a cup, its a little foamy at first. What I'm thinking of doing is disconnecting both lines at left valve cover, cap off return and applying air pressure to supply. I cant see if pressure holds or not. if not start spraying around with soapy water. I just hope its not a return under valve cover.
lift pump will push around 14 psi. If you had a return leak then you would have fuel in the oil.

well, this sucks! oil's gettin' thin! Is there any easy way to isolate a side to test for leakage? I was thinking maybe remove return from corner of head and pinching off supply hose and checking for vacume there. or does vacume pull open injector and I'm pissing in the wind?
Injectors are opened electronically. Most people will run a dye in the fuel system and then remove the valve covers and look for the leaks with a black light.
