Have you tried removing the switch to see if it will start?

Also, did you take the ECM apart to look at the board?

When you reconnected the batteries with the key on (I did this last week when I did my heater core - no issue for me) what makes you suspect something fried?

disconnect the batteries....

sounds like a VATS issue unless you fried the ECM.

leave it unhooked over night and see where that leaves you.

I have removed the switch and still no start and i took it apart and inspected the board and there were no signs of damage.

I have heard it can fry the ecm so that was my first thought.

A friend of mine does.
I guess he's the one who is going to flash your ECM? You should be able to find out tomorrow if your ECM is fried.

If you want to, you can try disconnecting your batteries for about 30 minutes and then reconnecting them. I've seen that fix some weird stuff sometimes.

I scanned the codes with my superchips and flashed it back to the stock tune, would that indicate the ecm is still good?

If your superchips is communicating with the ECM, it would lead me to believe that it is good. What codes did you have?
