In regards to the reman motor you ended up installing did it come with a new crank or reman?
Not totally sure. It's a "GM" reman, pretty sure it came with a used crank and new cam?

Ikr! I hate seeing this! Its one thing if a guy is making too much power and bends a rod or is being stupid or racing and melts a piston but a crank breaking is just bad luck!Damn... Another one

Sucks big time. It's threads like this that had me seriously considering jumping ship to a Powerstroke. I realize there are a lot of Duramax trucks out there and only a small percentage have had this happen but it's always in the back of my mind.
