got a couple hours down the road.

Only problem so far has been the hair I pulled out looking at the 0 on the oil pressure gauge.

Thanks again everyone!!!

A mechaninc I talked to near home said drive it home, watch all the other gauges carefully. Fix it at home.

My dad said if it bothers me and I cant get the sensor, take it out and put in a mechanical one, lay it on the floor for the trip home.

Figure it out tomorrow when the stores open.

You'll have a hard time hooking up a mechanical gauge where the stock sensor is, but you can easily hook one up to the filter/oil cooler housing assembly. I'll see if I can find you some pics/directions on how to hook one up there.

Here is a pic of where to tap into for oil pressure. You can use a standard 1/2" NPT thread adapter.

That doesnt look too bad to do...

I'm about 30 miles north of Savannah now. Its about 890 miles home. I think I'm going for it.

Travis, I am coming right thru Charlotte on the way, if you found the part let me know. If you havent yet, I think I'll do it at home. Dont know on timing, still have the trailer hooked up(dealer isnt open yet..) but if I can buy you lunch as a thank you give me a shout.

I cant complain 153,XXX+ miles and now I have to break out a wrench for something more than normal maintance.

The real question is: GPS is saying 889.2 miles home, the factory tank is full, how far can I make it without adding any fuel?

good sounds like a faulty sensor or wiring issue, if you have oil coming out of the oil feed for the turbo you have oil pressure.
