Did the whole thing rebuilt co3 injectors film and relief valve idols fine if you reve it it wines then driving it any throttle at all smokes really bad at first thought it was the turbo but it's not stuck or locked up so am at a loss as to where to go from here

Need way more info for anyone to help. What year is the truck? How many miles? Does it hold rail pressure? Balance rates? You check the turbo? What mods does the truck have? You get the point, fill us in so we can help.
Do you really expect someone to understand what you typed, and give you an answer when we have absolutely no clue about your vehicle?
From what has been given to us to go on, it sounds like either a rag got left in the intake and plugged up the intercooler, a boost tube got left loose, or theres a hole in one of the tubes that got broke through doing the injectors.
Sorry it's a 2003 lb7 it ran fine for a couple of days then in going on freeway yesterday stepped on it and it went to hell

OK, well like the other members have already said...
Sure Sounds like a Boost leak
Or maybe the MAF didn't get hooked up or got unplugged somehow
But the "whine" you said you heard sounds like there is probably pressure escaping from somewhere and the discription you gave of it "idle's" fine but smokes alot under laod typically means the engine is getting fuel and no/not enough air into the cylinders
I've had a rag blocking the charge air path before, I don't think that's what you got going on
Check all your connections/boots...make sure the boots are fully seated and square to the piping and make sure all the clamps are all TIGHT...
Check the Y-bridge over really well, not sure if it's a 2 piece unit on an LB7, but if so they can be problematic
