My truck with no spare, no spare carrier, roll pan, 1/8th tank and me in it weighs 6920lbs. Now I know why I've always needed more fuel and air to get to a 12.0 @113. Im 500-700 pounds heavier than all the crew cabs I see running quick times on stock fuel systems.

I have no interest in removing anything more than what I mentioned earlier. I want to know what my truck runs the same way it is when I drive it on the street or at the track.

I told myself the same, until I saved everything I removed, nuts, bolts, you name it. It added up to be 550lbs from my single cab.

I am probably under 6700 then.

I pull:
spare + carrier
tailgate
rear seat
bumper (rollpan)
passenger battery

I do have a heavy ass bigchevyhitch that I don't pull though.

its been awhile but I think the back crew cab leather seats are like 80 lbs. The front passenger leather seat is damn near 65lbs by itself.

More like 150 for both pieces. PS full-power front seat is close to 90.

Good Lord you guys are freaking rookies. Go do a search for weight reduction from about 2009.

When are you gonna come to the track lol

Would take a while to get the blue truck back up and running. Red truck is still in pieces in the shop.

Broke, all terrains arent the best choice for tires, but you use what you've got. Keep at it, you'll get there. :thumb:

It's too late for last nights trip but I'd drop pressure a few psi front and back. Also do you have spring clamps or some kind of traction bars? I use to cut low 1.7s with pyos and worn out michilins.
