What no vidoes of it making it to the top????:D I'm disappointed!

Not a problem if you would get your boss to do the twins on the truck .

The truck will go all the way no problem .... you paying for the new pistons .

Trust me I wanted to go to the top . I was trying to be respnsible .

Last year when I blew the motor it was right after you came over and said Johhny you should turn it down some or your going to break it .

Thanks it blew the next day .

Now you go the other way . Make up your mind ..... lane changer . .

I have a new way up Olds that is hairy as hell . Far right drop over into 3 different bowls then up to the top . Did it with Wayne Tackleberry you just cant see it from the hill . First time we were chittin . Steep bowls .

Way more of a rush to go virgin sand and where no one else would think of going . Olds get really boring and so many close calls . You only get to hit the kodiak once . No 9 lives . You get one . :)

I need more tire . Paddles will be figured out by next season .

There really is no reason to kill motors just get more traction instead .

I have plenty of power the 12000 lb. weight is whats killing me .

I want a picture of the EGT guage buried to 2000 and a little level 10 shot.:D

Had a friend in the truck on a few passes up the hill . He kept his fingers on the gauge so I couldnt see it . I knew . Done it to many times .

He said now you can go all the way you cant see the gauge . I dont really need to see it . You can smell the vanes in the turbo melting . :D

I wish I could find some vid of the sand drags . We were blowin by every truck out there except kwick66 with his paddles .

The gauge is straight down between auto and meter on a 1600 gauge and I am only 1/3 way up the hill . At least another 30 seconds at that increasing temp .

Its the last 100yds that kills the truck . Engine temp will hit 260 and trans gauge buried if I kept at it . The egt gauge stops moving but you know its hotter than it says . How hot is the A in auto ...

Last year I set the injector harness on fire from heat transfer just as I crested the hill .

That was fun blowing out the harness like a birthday cake .

The other thing is I need to hit the bottom of the hill at 40 mph . The damn whoops were big on Thankgiving . Last season I broke a hub going to fast at the bottom and got the front wheels off the ground and boom . Exploded the right front hub and gear . If I hit the bottom faster it would go up alot easier.

Thanks for all the replies . I love the sand and cant stop now . It's to much fun . At least it still runs is all that matters right now .

So being a little more responsible with it and turning out before the top payed off .

It still runs . ;) New Years is coming in a week or so .

Where is the wood to knock on .

I will get a picture next time out of the needle buried for ya . :D

Not too many but like in that case DUI's are the main case most the time. You might here about maybe like 2-3 accidents, but those are just the ones you hear about

cough cough* girls falling in fires!

theres alot of injuries from fights, alot of burn injuries. Crashes, people crashing INTO each other.
Not all, But Most of the injuries in Glamis are alcohol related.

Props to all the fella's in our group for keeping a straight head, and not drinking and driving out there!

90% of the Glamis goers only use 10% of the area.

I try to be in the 10% that uses the other other 90%.. ;)

Less Fuzz. :D

I will occasionally hit up one of the hot spots.:)
