im no expert but it sounds like there is something electrical going on.
maybe the ecm, maybe a bad ground?

Best way to check bad grounds is with a multi meter and check the resistance.
You when you had your normal fuel temp log how did the truck run? Was it still acting up or was it still not running/ driving right?

Ok fellas well made some progress, not sure how but we did. Now when I am logging my desired rail pressure and actual are spot on, in fact I have about 200 psi more actual vs the desired. But I still cannot get over 2k rpm. so I guess ill do another bottle test tomorrow and try unplugging the fpr again. This f**kin truck is aggrivating
What mm3 was it hitting? I'm trying to remember.... I didn't get all emails finished up today but in going in at 5am so if I didn't respond today expect a response tomorrow.
Thanks man,
Kory
That's no problem... I'll check it out first thing am! Only had 20 emails left so I'm sure it's in there
The engine has several grounds on it. I know there is one on the back of the driver head to cab. Three on the driver side block at front terminating at two bolts. One of these is from driver side battery. Passenger side near front is another 2 or 3 grounds termination to 2 bolts.
I think there is one from the driver side positive battery jump terminal support also.
Each of the grounds go to different things. If the grounds are not all connected, you can get back feeding issues. Back feeding issues cause strange things to happen.
I know where a bunch of grounds are since pulling the engine in my truck and having blinkers and lights do strange things.
