:confused:Still running good, no rattle. Gonna test the pumps and figure out what to do, do I rebuild the Kennedy pumps, or just buy an Airdog or FASS? I like the Kennedy pumps alot they are quiet and tuck way up high, no big gay white filter hanging down. Airdog and FASS are great systems just huge.

I just put an airdog pump on my truck and it's nice and tucked away. Can't see the filters at all. Just use the very top mounting holes in the bracket. It's very quiet too.

I did, he can't explain why with the pumps it rattles? So basically only thing I can do is take apart my pumps and inspect them, and if I find nothing wrong I am going to have to try a new pump.......

I know nothing about Kennedy pumps but could a bad shaft seal on one of the pumps let air in but not be so bad to cause it to leak fuel?

That sounded better in my head but hopefully you know what I mean

I don't the Kennedy pumps have shafts, they are magnetic driven I beleive??

You are correct. There is no shaft. They only have a seal where the motor attaches to the pump head and the inlet/outlet of the pump.

I have an Air Dog II DF-165 on my truck, and it tucks up very nicely under the truck and is very quiet. I changed to that pump after having the TTS pumps (same pump as Kennedy's), and I don't regret it at all.

Kennedy rebuild kits should be here Friday, hopefully it solves it and runs good?? It runs good with no pump until you get on it hard, still rattles a little, but if you pull your foot out for a while and just roll into it its fine?? Is that due to having no pump??? Im confused.

I'm going to install a filter between the tank and pumps, they had alot of shit in them so I think that might have been why they took a shit??? Is 10 micron going to be a good filter? I have the CAT filter up front 2 micron.

10mic is fine, but if your going with water separating filter as the prefilter you will see more 20-30 even 50mic filters. The Cat WS filters are 10mic

UPS came with the stuff from New Hampshire Peterbilt!!! Gonna get it all mounted tonight, should I just put a hard pipe between them or use a short rubber hose with barb fittings again?
