Anyone know of anyone who makes or can make a a fuel block/manifold for my truck? I'd like to run 5/8 line to the block then split 2 1/2 lines to the cp3s. And have 2 gauge ports on it. Then return I want 4 into 1 possibly 2 into 1. Do most have a separate section for return and inlet? I release probably not alot of ppl make them besides hellman. alot ive found where for air. I could always go with just 2 4 to 1s. I remember seeing a nice one from someone's truck on here along time ago. I believe it was actually a cat part

I had something similiar to what you are wanting to do.

Mine had 1/2" in and 2 3/8" out. Center of it had a port for a gauge.

You can see it on the firewall here. Not sure why youd need 5/8" line....and 1/2" is a huge pain in the ass to run to OE CP3. Just food for thought.

I want to run the CP3 and injector returns to one also. I want to minimize all the hard inlet lines snaking around the engine is the main reason

I'm looking for the same thing. Just had a fuel cell made and 2 airdog mounts. Looking to run 1 pump per cp3 but tie it together somehow incase one liftpump quits and I don't starve a cp3.

Maybe check with Simon? He supplied Trent with a block and Simon also runs one on Abby.

I've always used these, they are simple and clean. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-220110b/overview/

Just use two y's. Have the pumps y together and run a single -12 or what ever size line is needed to the engine then y them back apart to each cp3.

I am doing the same with running two Ad 200's into one block and then feeding the cp3. I used one from Jegs that is 10 AN with four ports and has a bracket with it that will mount to the valve cover. It will be able to balance both pumps and if one is slacking some it will still get equal fueling.

How are you guys running the inector returns? Seems like it would be hard to tie those tiny little hoses into a bigger one. There like 3/16th id. Does anyone make a 3 an to 4 an union? Ive found 3/16 barb to 1/8 npt fitting. But i want a barb to barb style so its not so heavy and bouncing around.

I am running injectors through the factory return. I am using rubber hose and barb fittings to tie it together. I had thought about tapping and changing the head bangos into AN fittings and using braided stainless and may still do it. I have to get everything assembled and SSE if it will work as far as clearing the front cover etc on the passenger side on the lb7. The cp3's will return separately into the factory supply line. Each pump will have its own return into the filler neck.

There is a company around here Capitol Rubber that has barb to AN fittings. That would work good and clean.
