You can rescale it, but you will also need to add a 40 Ω resistor or so inline. If the ECU sees close to 0 Ω, regardless of what you scale it at, it fails a diagnostic and reports the fuel as 0%. At least on the LS motors. But add a resistor, then rescale it as if you had a 40-130 Ω, should work great.

Little up date on the fuel gauge I ended up taking a part the Rhodes one that comes with the cell and pulling the level sensor out of my factory tank and actually making it work.23870FBB-13FA-45CD-BAF5-39C1FE8C314B.jpeg

All I did was make the factory fuel gauge work with parts of the Rhodes level sensor so I don’t have to get the fuel gauge re scaled in the tune since I don’t tune my own truck.

Yeah no problem it’s easy to pull the factory sensor out of the factory tank. Just have to trim in to fit in the hole of the fuel cell and I ended up using the factory float just need to cut a couple inches off.
