Why in the hell would you grind an aftermarket valve when you have no idea what you are doing? You have no idea how any of this stuff works yet you decide to grind.

I knew what I was doing. I was creating a leak for Convertor flow for zero psi drop on lockup.

Yes but still same stream.

Disconnect the "To Cooler" line and see if it's the same small stream. You may want to disconnect it at the cooler and try to run it into a bucket or something so it doesn't spray all over under your truck. Maybe make a video of how small the stream is so we can see.

Will do. I told the trans shop to make sure and flush it good both ways.

When I flushed my cooler out I had the same line disconnected and you could hardly let the truck idle without fear of loosing all the trans fluid. That's how fast it was gushing out at idle on my LLY. Basically started the truck ran around to look at the to cooler opening, ran back around and killed the truck. Probabky lost atleast 1 gal of fluid in 15 or 20 seconds.

Yea what Andy said, that's not much fluid.. I'm not sure where to tell you to go from there though.

This is why i just pay the extra money and being it somewhere .. i wouldn't be able to deal with these headaches .... specially if u end up smoking new parts from over heating.

I'd rather learn to do it myself. If I smoke parts that's fine. Have to learn some how right!? Lol.

Broken cooler line will empty Allison to limp mode in under a quarter mile, lol... Had a 6 speed customer separate one at the crimp, you could see from the time it "blew" to where the trail stopped and truck was parked, lol! Not nearly enough flow there...

I believe I did something to it when I put the pump and everything back on.
