Drove Freighttrain around quite a bit today. The stock tune sucks, but I did see 45psi once. It's time for fuel and timing. The motor has a whole different sound and feel. Very smooth and feels like it might want to rev a little. It has been more work than I could ever imagine to get this thing running. It will be worth it after the first full pull:) .

Congrats, it's been a long wait for you.
All the work is worth it.

Downloaded The Pilots tune today. Amazing power. I didn't beat on it, but I did see some very black lines behind me at 60 mph:D Might go to the track thursday night. Think I'll need some different tires.
Thanks Craig.

I've tried to build a dual purpose truck. I love drag racing, so I'll be spending some time there. It will be a little heavy, but thats okay. Just want to run an 11 once.

Boggers do ugly things to the front end. They really move some dirt. I'm taking a set to Mich. in June for the MA event. Not sure if I'll use them.
I hope you can make it down here sometime. We are planning an diesel only truck pull for the summer. We are looking for 100 trucks. Not sure of all the details yet, but it will be a friendly, run all, event. I'll post the date when it's official. Hope some Team Salad members will try and make it. One rule that I know is, No D'maxes allowed to set in the parking lot:D . That's for the Fords.

I'm sure we can count on the California Bunch.

If they come here, I'd make the trip out there. Kind of a East Vs. West thing.

Since we asked, they have to come here first. Now that's the 2,900 mile challenge.

Oh I wish we could. We might go as far as Orlando, by plane that is. Hamsters want to go to Disney World.

It's just not practical to drive them cross county to all these track events.
