Qualified second @ Scheid this year on Saturday. So it does pretty well. That was 100hp lower than the current setup.
More interested in longevity, take it to 927 for 2 minutes, tear it apart (if its still together) then impress us with some info, that would be really cool! When did the dyno racing season start anyway.......:thumb:
Do you drag race F1 cars? Do you road race top fuel cars? No.. You don't.
It's a sled pulling engine. It only needs to make that power for 30 seconds or so. BTW it has been doing it all season.
If you want 1000hp for 2 minutes continuous buy an Allison 250 turbine engine

It was 128hp low with a 2.6 restrictor.. A clipped wheel would've been sitting around 850rwhp.
lol he has the kinda of truck that shows up and give ppl like me a 50 to 60 ft ass kickin in 2.6 class
Nice numbers, ive seen the truck in person a few times, runs pretty good. I think i was talking to the owner at schieds last year, he had the duals ripped off and was drag racing at night.
