that is one thing i never understood, some guys say THE BEST SHOP!!! then there are guys like me and Caleb that would never do business with them again.:( this is the first shop i have dealt with that did this.

Dmitri's is holding back 1200hp... I don't understand why some trucks work and some don't. They're all the same hardware.

Brayden, With the box connected converter will not lock until 50-70 mph, I can disconnect your box and the converter will not lock until anywhere between 50-70 mph. So as far as I can tell your box does not have any effect on converter lockup. All wires that I connected are working because when i go into the ally locker software and request inputs everything is registering (still in counts only but registering none the less)

I am working in my shop today, please pm me with a good time to call so you and I can speak and get this straightened out.

Dmitri also hasn't been able to get his truck to ET like he wants.... is it a lockup issue? or a traction issue? i'll have to ask him.

spoke with jeff, not brayden..

they are going to check another box that is supposed to have the same software as mine, because mine is different.

Jeff said i should have a return phone call today or tomorrow morning.

Just to update everybody:

I have checked all the inputs into the box from the truck and they are all registering. I have adjusted all the parameters based on what the box is reading for values at certain boost, tps, and vss. box is just not commanding tcc lockup when the parameters are all met.

Some guys have good luck with grounding the F-Trim Solenoid but I do not my co pilot works perfect... and that is without the internal mods. You watch the box and as you increase throttle each blue LED illuminates and then thr green light turns on BOOM you def. feel lockup

there is no lockup signal getting sent from the controller box. the signal from the tcm is working fine though.

You should try to ground the TCC out wire from our box to see if that will lock it up during a WOT run. If so then we need to increase the duty cycle in the parameters.

I'll call you in the AM.

bens lockup controller locks up the TCC everytime you want it to. pwm ramp up is great and it blows my 35's off even weighing in at 8000# with both ben and myself in the truck.
