Get rid of the re entrant bowl style piston in raceing engines and and upgrade to the 2000 material,i bet most of this issue will go away.
For DD applications(4000 series) and race applications(2000) the re entrant bowl and bowl depth need to be looked at closer, and modified. i've done this on the cummins builds and my personal d-max and they work.
