Thank you for this informaiton! I will put it to good use. The Fall Brawl I have already been invited to, though haven't figured out the date (yet) or if i would be able to do any sort of training while there... however, knowing it uses the same dyno and things would help make decisions (assuming here that it's a mobile dyno)...

So - thank you for the help. This was a big piece missing from the list of things that needed to be sorted out, so at least now i have a direction

You're telling me... date originally was going to be the weekend after.... which is my sons birthday, etc... and then the Instructor at the college who is coordinating this all asked if we could move it up a week - and I said 'Sure' without ever looking at a calendar. That was 3 months ago that we moved the date. About a month later after people had started signing up, I realized the mistake but was too late to change since people had already paid for the dates and committed - So i just went with it. Kind of sucks, I have 3 boys who aren't going to understand why i'm not there that day - but hopefully I cna make up the time with them the next day. I didn't want to back out or flake out on people so I just left the date alone.

You are correct - it was a bad choice of date.

Oh well Zach I know Josh wanted to go as well. I maybe there in his place to learn a little and understand how you do my tuning. :thumb:

ok.. time for a final bump before the Texas class this weekend. If you've been holding out, please don't hold out any longer! I need to have accurate counts for everything from books to food... and them late sign ups can make a mess of it... So if there are questions about the class in Amarillo, let me know ASAP so i can try to get them answered....

For IOWA class, there is one spot left as of about 2 hours ago. The college hosting the class this time has put a cap on the number of spots so that the classrooms remain comfortable, etc... So - there's the update for that one.

Finally - for those of you helping me with the East Coast stuff, particularly PA area - i have not followed up on my end of the equation yet. Please don't tar and feather me. Quite honestly things have been chatoic the past 2 weekends and with the Texas class now here and books not printed yet, etc. etc... it's been stressful. I promise I will get on this after the Texas class. I expect things to be settled down a little better for me by then....

i want to attend the iowa class but with the indy nats and fathers day its just not an option at this point. if you can get all the details worked out on a PA class i would be all over it like stink on $h!t.

Thanks guys.. going full steam... and that is still pretty slow to alot of people. Just trying to do a good job and not blow peoples stuff up at the same time as get these current classes all coordinated and stuff shipped and ready to go! Plenty to do - but I PROMISE I will be back to this subject soon.....

I am definitely not 100%... but I am going to be there giving it hell regardless. Been a long couple of weeks - but things are falling into place to pull this off and do well. I'll be emailing everyone some more info this evening about the class and things to try and do to prepare for it. Just want to stream line it as much as possible for saturday and sunday...

I cant go!! i would love to go and i probably have several buddies that would go but we all committed to byron this weekend and ya know fathers day... soooo the next time around im in it for sure!! i have my own v2 and eveything set up just dont know how to use it!! its killing me. i have been waiting for these classes to come around and of course im booked... dang it. whens the next class and where is it? i might consider driving or flying out for it.

Just glad to hear you are slowly getting better.

I was wondering if you would like me to bring my truck as it is highly modified for learning purposes. It was the one you just recently tuned for Josh at Jags. I was able to pull a log on my hook last Saturday.

If you want to bring your truck, that would be great. I do have one other dmax coming in that's modified, what is missing is the modified Dodge I thought i was going to have (it is still torn apart) - so having an extra truck to work on Sunday might be good.. though I am still hunting for a Dodge..

If it's not inconvenient to you to bring, it would be nice to have it there so we have other trucks to discuss / work on for sunday - but I can't promise at this point that we will be using it...

Ok.... I have about a dozen people interested in the Greencastle PA area class... when gonig back through PMs and emails.

That being said - tonight I did some talkng to Jason and it sounds like the shop that I can rent out for the class / dyno - wants the class to be a Friday Saturday - not a Saturday Sunday class.

So, the dates we are looking at are September 14-15. That is a Friday /Saturday. I have NEVER done a friday saturday class before, because it seems like it won't work out due to people haveing to miss 2 days of work instead of 1, etc. etc... However - i've only put it out there once before and didn't get any real positive feedback - so i've always stuck to the Saturday Sunday classes, which seem to have worked out great!

That being said - for those of you interested in attending a class in Pennsylvania, specificanlly in the Greencastle area - would you still be able / willing to come to the class if it was a Friday Saturday class? If this doesn't work, it won't be the end of the world. Still going to try and bribe the owners if I can to do the weekend, but if not - worst case i'll just explore other options. Many of you have given me suggestions for east coast - I am trying to pursue one at a time though!

Thanks for your feedback! You can PM me, email me or post here. I just need to know if this will work before i commit money to the shop and plane tickets, hotels, and other costs for doing the class. I have my reservations - but I can make whatever days work - it's the people coming to the class that need to decide if this schedule will work
