No. You need a laptop computer and the V2 simultaneously

Open the tuning file. It will open into the tune tool. from there there is a little red arrow to the far right corner at the top of the screen. That is a full flash. Click the arrow, it will display on screen instructions. Read through and follw them, and you will be golden. If you do not have a switch installed already it will revert to the base tune.

Just to clarify, in order to full flash, you must have the V2 plugged into the computer before you open the tune. Then at the top middlish of the screen there will be 3 buttons with arrows over computer chips. The first one will be a thin green arrow that goes to the right and turns up, this one is the download tune button. The next one will be a thin red arrow that goes right and turns down, this is the calibration flash (use this if you are not changing operating systems such as flashing in a single tune or making changes to your DSP tune that you have already flashed in). The last button will be a double line "fat" red arrow that points right and turns down, this is the full flash (this is what you use to change calibrations such as first installation of a DSP tune or going from DSP to a single tune). Just an FYI, you need to make sure you save your DSP tune somewhere safe. They cannot be downloaded out of the LBZ or LMM ECM.
