We use Dynomite Diesel (DDP) here at my shop as our main source. They are running a 5% sale 11/24-11/30.

It’s hard to go wrong with Dynomite Diesel (DDP), Exergy, or S&S.

it's possible I've misunderstood the text but even if there are exempt counties there are still a large listing of zip codes within them that still do. the exempt list is getting smaller each year
