Put some new boots on and added BD boost locks so it does not happen again. I also found that a oring was missing in one of my v-bands on the A/W, not real sure what happened to it! I put a little thicker oring in them now.

That will be prime if you can get her to leave that high :thumb:

That's what I'm thinking also. When you release the brakes and everything starts moving the RPM's usually jump about 500 right away.

But I could be totally wrong also! Definitely takes some wheel time to learn the best way to drive a 2.6 truck compared to W/S puller.

I had a ruff day pulling last Saturday, first I got to the gas station on the way to the pull to get fuel and ice and I forgot my wallet. Luckily my brother inlaw had some money to cover me. Than it was about time to start lining the trucks up for my class and I could not find my keys for my truck!!! A woman happen to see us looking around on the ground and asked if we lost some keys? She found them by a friend of mine's trailer. Than I was rushed to get my truck up to hook and when I put it in gear I put it in drive instead of 3rd, the turbo spooled up nice with the new converter and I let her loose and it instantly broke the tires loose so I got out of it and back into it than it shifted to 4th and got under the turbo!!!

Here's the video of me stepping on my dick!!!

Sounds like a rough day, pull looked good at first though.

Do you stay in 3rd the entire run and just lock converter? Or try to get 4th and converter lock?
