I think empire sells flanges...at least I found some on xdp when I was randomly looking at something I don't need. But I do agree. That thing is sweet.

Empire only sells them for the LBZ/LMM style manifolds.

Most were soaked in a hot parts washer at work than bead blasted. The oil cooler was a new take off that I purchased.
