Put my tranny blanket on yesterday, kind of a PITA getting it over the top of the tranny with it in the truck!

Finally started working on the rear suspension! Removed the leaf spring and all the spring hanger's.

I will be using 2-1/2" and 2" square 1/8" wall tubing to weld it in solid.

Make that clip at the back of the truck break away or disconnect from the cable somehow. You wouldn't want that ring still attached to the sled if your hitch breaks and you go flying or they forget to unhook it as you pull away from the sled after the hook. Would hate to rip that nice setup out of the truck!

I'd try much smaller zipties or something.

Yeah, I will be changing it to one zip tie. I read the rules wrong when I did it. I thought it said 2 zip ties minimum, but it says 2 zip ties maximum! Lol

I finished up welding in my rear axle and added the LPW axle truss kit.

My first hook is May 16th!!!
