i loved seeing peoples faces when your truck spooled up and came off the line and they had the wtf expression on their faces hahahaha especially when you say its a stock bottom end :spit:
About a hour and a half north east of kokomo... I've ran all over the state pulling, my truck sits down by Huntington in a shop there. Always enjoy talking trucks if you ever see me out and about be sure to swing by and say hey its nice to put faces to screen names! I know danny leslie is down your way I think? I know hes seen it.

to the OP nice setup looks great.
Thought Id share what the rods looked like after I tore it down this year... As I just wanted to get it in running, pulling forum. I put head studs and gaskets in it only. 100% stock everything besides that ran a S475 with 100% overs for most of the year then went to a Very Well built 2.6 turbo for a bit ....
What power level would you say that was at? For how many hooks?
Generally because the truck would rust away.:roflmao:awesome build! wish i could make it to that event to take a look at your truck!
i have wondered myself why a duramax hasnt been thrown in a dodge body.. i think i read somewhere that its such a pain, it really isnt worth it.
the more and more i mess with duramaxes, the more i like them. and i have a one ton dodge that needs a motor and trans, so i may just start looking at what it would take to install the duramax into a dodge.. i like when people say it is a pain in the ass, and isnt worth it.. i really like it when i prove them wrong, and show them a finished product, and the looks on their faces are like WTF?? haha.
