Gotta say i liked it my dad bout a mega cab 2012 Laramie all the bells and whistles and had me drive it 500 miles home. First and foremost Dodges interiors have come miles in style and comfort i love the insides seats we're comfortable everything just flowed smooth. Second the thing did have some power not near as much as they crack them up to have but will fry the tires from a light overall nice truck may get me one this summer very nice truck rides like a Dodge still but it didnt bother me any oh and it had heated back seats to so you can have your ass warm while your in the back :rofl:

Don't do it jake. Lol jk when I bought my LBZ had they had from the factory a mega cab with the eight foot bed I would have went to dodge. Glad I didn't I wouldn't have learned what I have here.

Well i figure a mega cab would.be a good tow truck for the fast truck and be roomy for kids :spit: biggest bonus to the sodge is no urea injection as of now so and theyll efi tunable before long.

Yeah it's said to say but the Dodge interior is above and beyond the Chevy and about twice as much room to boot.

The 6.7 is just a Fauckin turd stock though, wait till you hook something to it they will not hold overdrive with anything behind them, constently shifting up and down like a gasser. Without the urea there mileage is terrible my cousins 2011 averaged 12 on the highway.

He deleted emission and is running the H&S 60hp tune and it is now about what my LML is stock for mileage and power. I still think mine is a little faster, I blew his doors off with 40hp H&S tune and emissions still on.

My bro has a 2011 6.7 mega cab loaded out. Beautiful truck inside and out!! He was sorely disappointed in stock power, absolute turd. He has the H&S now with some other goodies added. Daily drives on the 60hp with the mp8 turned up a bit and it does really well.

I told him ill tie onto a 16' trailer and race him...lol

If dodge adds a better trans behind the 6.7 ill be owning a mega cab. I love the looks and styling, still couldn't ditch this dmax though!

This one does fine with skidster and I've had good luck with 6.7 cummins and 6.7 scorpions just not a ford fan and the trans tuning helps both trucks. But it doesnt have urea so

My 6.7 hauls like a dream and has TONS of room... Really wanting to stick a worthy trans behind it, but that will just have to wait.

Great mileage
so far dependable
tows like a dream
plenty of power
ac and heater worker great
back seats lean back and lay completely down...just TONS OF ROOM in the mega
I like the look


Cons (LOL)
system sounds like shit
Water leaks through the sunroof resulting in water coming out the "oh shit" handles
i hear crap rattling inside because dodges are poorly built
Rides rough (not just because its a 1ton)
My seats arent nearly as comfortable as the dmaxes im used to

just my .02... the newer ones are much nicer though.

I run h and s mini w/ a silver bullet 66mm , dps exhaust manifold , wcc intake horn

Runs pretty good but ill admit it not as fast as chevy was

With that junk 68 trans it will be limited in power output. Feel free to run any 6.7 you see, odds are he will not be quick enough! Lol.

The 68 will hold alright with suncoast parts but a 48 would be tits in a 6.7

Well my brotherinlaw bought a new 2010 2500 and that thing is a turd compared to my LMM i let him hook to my 40ft toyhayler and it scared the crap out of him and he is a pro truck driver for 30yrs and owns a new Peterbuilt. Also his dpf stays clogged, other than that is is a nice truck inside, But you could not give it to me.
