Would have been sweet. Hopefully they bring it back and release it eventually.the test mule was getting 27 mpg towing a boat( 4.5). i guess the govt thought getting 30+ mpg was bad for the oil corporations

Woulda thought almost 400 HP would be quicker. The 6.4 will run low 16s stock. Not changing the subject but I saw a 6.7 run on the track Sat. Paper plate truck, 16.23 or something close to that. I know it was low 16 but didn't realize it was a 6.7 till I saw it up close in the pitts. CCLB.
I saw a 6.7 at the local ford dealer today. I was there picking up some parts for a lincoln Im working on.
Good looking truck, quiet as hell at idle. I would drive one. Once the tech backed it out of the shop and got on it in the parking lot, I didnt think it was any quieter than an LMM above idle/under load.
I was kinda talking to one of the techs/service manager at the parts counter about it, I said "man I wouldnt want to work on one though..." and the tech said it should be easier than a 6.4 to work on. I said "haha quick release cab...?" and the service manager standing there sneered at me and said "well at least its not like your duramax's that crack heads every week". Of course we all know its not worth arguing with idiots like that so I just rolled it off and laughed as he walked away.

I thought they got rid of the V10 for the 2011MY? Or maybe only kept it around for the chassis-cabs?
