Cut the head off and put a new bolt in .
OR jack the rear up as high as it'll go till the bolt head is over the top of the frame, then pull it out.
The hitch can be a problem with the lower ones, but that's pretty straight forward.
Once the lower bolts are out, just let the truck sit down until the upper bolts can come out over the top of the frame (little tight between the bed and frame, you may have to let the spring flex the bed up just a touch, but they will come out that way)

Must be a reg cab thing but my bolt heads hit the rivet on the spare tire crossmember. I dropped the hitch for the lowers and took the bed loose and raised it for the uppers.
Did mine this way. Came out real easy! Thanks!
The transmission cross member brace is ony around 8 inches off the ground lol. Dont need the step bars on it anymore lol!
stock keys with drop shackles? Looks good :thumb:
Yep. 2 inch drop shackles. Back end still sits up about an inch higher than the front. My driveway makes it look more level than it is but since I still tow with it I didnt want it level. Everything fits nice with my 285/60/18's.
