For the record they did say they would refund my money fully and pay shipping back. But that's not what I wanted to hear.

All fixed up in about 15 minutes, added a drain hole so water doesn't sit on top of the pipe on the bottom. Getting them blasted and painted tomorrow.

Still a massive waste of time. I get things get messed up too but seriously they should have just sent you one and tried to make it right. Especially if you're willing to keep their product they shouldn't be offering a refund.

Meh. Half an hour of your time and they'll be exactly what you wanted, and also improved. I understand the aggravation, though.
Would've taken you longer than that to call them back, get a return number, box them up, wait for the return label, and drive to the local UPS Store (or FedExOffice) to ship them back...all the while the truck is still on stands.

Lol basically were shit in a box. Yeah I didn't wanna deal with shipping them back. Especially if they have a good rep and they were like that I didn't wanna get some from anywhere else and them be even worse. And maybe not return my money at that. Funny thing is the eBay special shackles are 30 bucks and looked great Quality wise they are just a little thin.

Think a lot of companies start off and get a rep off good quality, then get a fat check and start living past their means and then when life levels out to normal they're like ****, gotta cut some costs to keep buying fun stuff, and start by hiring cheap labor and cheaper materials.

Got the quality mod done to the djm shackles, thinking about doing a write up on this lol. Color matched with 2 coats of silver birch metallic and 2 coats of clear.
