Does this block look ok??

I got a block thats even worse then that.. been soaking in wd40, pb blaster for 3 weeks now and still wont turn over.. I was gonna hang on to it but I just got one hell of a deal on another one.. getting lb7, allison and transfer case for 200 bux:) so I think the rusted block might hit the scrap, only thing is my tq converter is still on it so ill have to drop the crank to get my converter off:(

good luck with that. cant drop the crank without pulling the rear structure. ive had that happen before, i ended up having to cut the crank.

Ahh no sh*t.. guess I wasnt thinking that one all the way through haha.. guess it will just add more weight to the scrap pile.. unless I can shave a little wrench down far enough to get to the converter bolts:confused:

If you're scrapping anyway, take a torch to rear structure.

No sense in tossing a converter if you have some coin in it. Besides crank and rods may be fine. It never hurts to have spare parts.
