Hey guys, it’s been a long time since I’ve posted on here. Sorry to bring up an old post but I finally got a chance to get my hydroboost changed out with a 2011 hydroboost. Wow what a difference it makes and would certainly recommend anyone with an 01-10 model truck that needs to change their hydroboost out to use this model as well. I really appreciate all you guys that posted about this upgrade. Also want to personally thank JoshH for the info he sent me and the suggestion to use the Redline power steering fluid. Flushed the system before I swapped it out to keep that nasty old stuff out of the new unit and all feels good now.

I have the PSC upgraded pump, power steering cooler, Royal Purple fluid, an LML hydrobooster, and my truck stops awesome...

Prior to installing all of that stuff, my brakes were pretty bad. My PS pump was on its way out, my hydrobooster had 235k miles on it, and the fluid was old..

Ben

Anyone have part number or know where to buy a PSC pump? For a 2008 Thanks!

did we ever decide what fluid was best? my 06 has 308k on it and a front caliper is hanging. so im going to change both front calipers and pads for sure. pads and rotors are 2 year old front and rear. but the one dragging has been hot. I think the lml hydro, psc pump, cooler, calipers and pads, ss lines. anything else?

I looked at the powerstop kit from dmax store. waiting for prices from local dealer to compare.
