If you need pulley's I have a shop making them. I have a cnc lathe but I use it for prototyping and turbo work so I didn't want to constantly change setups for pulleys.

Shoot me a pm volk..

Good for you. I think you made the right decision to take a break for awhile. Most people dont and it bites them in the end.

Hope all goes well.

FYI fellas, That Parker Polyflex line you guys are curious about...Thats exactly what my DUAL FEED line is made from! If hard line isnt for you, you could try that. You cant bend it real tight though, its really fricken stiff, dunno if it will bend tight enough or if you need it too? I still have my old blown up dual feed line that im gonna cut the ends off of eventually and TIG them to a metal line for future usage;) But ya theres flex out there!

Wish you and the family the best V:hug:

Wow just found this thread. Very interesting stuff. I was leaning away from the dual cp3 thing because of the cost and really I don't need it but at $1000 or so US, that's not a bad deal.

here are pics like I did ... go to a water jet cutting company, they have 3/8 SS high pressure tubing for 60000 psi laying arround (8ft ~ $96) also the left die tool and conus tool ... take a nut from a old line, modiefy it a bit and you will be in a good shape ... get a pulley, belt, some fuel line and you are ready to go!!!!

Here my HP-tube ... link:

Are the stock fitting 58,59 or 60* cone fittings?

we need to make the fitting? Or is there a actual part#

I use the stock fittings from the Bosch CR. There are the short ones by the rail. Drill the pipe hole bigger with a 3/8 +1 size, open the threat a bit with a drill bit so that the collar, which I cut in half, will fit ... done

Why so confusing? Can I not just purchase the correct fitting?

Ive tried 60* fitting it doesnt work! If i need to machine a fitting so be it!
but I find it odd that we cant just purchase the proper connection?

Please Volker I need you help:(

Sorry, missunderstanding ... fitting are the stock one or you might get the PPE Race fitting which is portet, the pipe hp-tube has a 59.5 -1 deg conus and works perfect. The modification I wrote before is for the nut to tighten the tube on the fitting ...

hope it helps ...
