here are some pics of the kit I got from volker.
I bought the hardline and a couple other parts from PPE.
In these pics,I routed the belt like ATS.
I have since changed and it is now routed like PPE(belts are easier to find).

I modified the bracket alittle bit and I built the bottom support bracket(which you can't see)

I found the pump on EBay for $150
I have right at 1000.00 in the whole kit.

If any one has any questions,I will try to help out.

Tom

here are pics like I did ... go to a water jet cutting company, they have 3/8 SS high pressure tubing for 60000 psi laying arround (8ft ~ $96) also the left die tool and conus tool ... take a nut from a old line, modiefy it a bit and you will be in a good shape ... get a pulley, belt, some fuel line and you are ready to go!!!!

Here my HP-tube ... link:

Hey volker. My neighbor is a machinist/ metal fabber with CNC tooling. He only does small jobs so stuff like this would be right up his alley.

He is really anal about his work, I used to work with him and if something wasn't 100% perfect I would have to re do it. Make a note that I was building cattle gates and If I had anything of by more than 1/16 of an inch he would get fussy, He even hd me set the gates up on his 30,000 dollar precision table/jig setup to ensure accuracy.

These are cattle gates people, his machine work is even more strict.

PM me for his info and maybe we can work something out. And best of all hes kinda close to you.

I too am interested in one of your kits.

Any Ideas on the oil fill tube?? Does this mean I have to route the belt the ats way? Also, does anybody have a copy of the ats install instructions??

Volker was the mounting bracket fitting issues resolved or will we still have to drill out the holes?

this company might help a bit with finding lines

http://www.globalspec.com/FeaturedP...flex_UltraHigh_Working_Pressure_Hoses/45536/0

Cool thing is they are a block away from where i park at work. i might go there early and see what they can do.

one thing about the pulley wheel id like to know is how big is it. maybe if its possible to get a smaller one for more pump rpms, maybe size it to the same size as the ats pulley, and lighten it up for mo powa

Closest one to me is 30 miles. I was thinking about trying the flexable line they have.
