Have been wanting to add a Denali console for 3 years now. Finally found one relatively local to me (shipping costs not too high) with a reasonable price in better than good condition (not perfect). Included the sub and -454 LUX amp (which works great, so now I have a spare!) I had the trim pieces already, and other than a few chips in the finish, they are in great shape. I used my Sierra wire harness for now, until I figure out which pins to move in the Denali harness to make it work.
Install is easy as heck (at least to me). Two 10mm bolts in the front, four screws on the sides and four screws holding the inside metal support to the base, and you can interchange the consoles. Only took about 1-1/2 hours to do, as you pretty much have to take the console apart to get to those last four screws. Nice added benefit was I was finally able to put that SOB 3rd screw in for the black HVAC kick panel thats been out since 2005! :rofl:
I found a Denali handle on Ebay. It matches the console lid, with the stitched pattern. Theres also another handle available thats all Blackwood, no grey leather/plastic. Thought that was kinda cool. Decisions, decisions...
