I've been pulling around my buddies LMM puller. 8500 pound truck plus the 32' dual tandem hydraulic dove gooseneck (8000#?) and yes it pulls really good, I've never checked mileage but the dash tells me 7.5. It's normally spot on..

I'll be going a long trip with the same load in October and I can hand calculate it then.

Never fails, when I hook up regen mode comes on.

I Love my LML. Only problem I had was the mileae cause mine would alwayss go into regen mode. After ditching the exhaust and all that emissions crap I get great mileage. I drive 49 miles one way to work and at around 80 mph I can maintain 18 mpg. When it was dpf and urea it would regen every two days and suck mileage. With a full tank I would see 500 plus miles remaingin on a tank when it went into regen i would see 300 miles let on tank. That Is why i ditched it all

I've had a LML for just about 2 years now and I really love it and it's bone stock. Get close to 14mpg pulling 12500 lbs running 65-70. It gets better mileage then my LB7 and LMM get. All my trucks are stock except my puller so I know they could all do better with tuning but it's like opening a can of worms to me. My buddy put an H and S with all the deletes of his and he said he picked up 1-2 mpg empty and loaded so it wouldn't take long to pay for it as long as you don't care about warranty.

Get an aluminum flat deck and you would have a pretty nice truck!
Do the H&S delete and tuner and your set!

honestly it would be same setup as current truck.. no bed, fenders mud flaps and tool box..
with bed i fall under the 40/20 max 60' lenght.. no bed im considered a semi tractor. side note i rarely carry anything that would fit on the bed..

I see.
Well at least close it in across the top of the frame rails. Less hillbilly looking and a good place to throw a gear bag or tire chains, chock blocks, etc.:D
