It can happen easy,These are the ones that the machine shop put in a friends motor that we had to end up rebuilding and the block was also replaced,Motor was alittle tight to turn over.

LOL thats what we said, I picked this motor up for a friend at his friends machine shop lol, Heads and all were on.No oil pan and not baged up and next to milling machine and metal shavings all over the crank and rods he baged it for the ride home lol, We showed my friend what was wrong he said take it apart and fix it, So then we found the pistons in wrong He swaped the rods around and had them all mixed up.We ended up replacing the block because he used a gasser sleeve in the block.

We all make mistakes Capt. Obvious;)

Your right Chris we can all make mistakes and you fix them like we did from that motor we ended up redoing since the other guy had no need to be inside of that motor with all the mistakes he made,I talked to Guy Tripp when we were doing this motor and he said everything lines up oil holes and all just that there is a .030 offset on the wrist pin.

first off, he posted the pics to show what they did...doesn't take a captain to see that ;)

second off, thats more than a mistake, especially for an engine builder....

x2...this is a huge error that any engine builder should have caught.

reminds me of when my rods broke and I was whining and nick's followers bashed me by saying "oh come on ben, like you've never made a mistake in your life"

Even I make 'em Ben...Just like buying those BBC billet rods years ago as I explained to you in that PM...

Hopefully Adam can get it torn down and fixed without too much aggravation...

Dale, do you have an Espar or Webasto? How do you like it? How much load do they put on the batteries while running? Have you had any of the LBZ block heater CEL's when using it? Thanks. :)
