i have danvilles tuning on my truck and it took about 4 tries to finnally get what i wanted just keep on his ass about it and basically annoy him untill he takes the time to do it right i think he is busy and just doesnt spend enough time with them, i know it aint right but keep on his ass and he will get the tunes right and by the way i have a lope tune also it has its time and place and alot of my friends think its cool shit esspecially the dodge guys that cant get it

You guys don't read so well...they paid 400 bucks for 5 tunes, ONE of which was supposed to lope. When it didn't as was promised, the seller basically said "tough shit" instead of making it right. the issue here isn't that you think the lope tune is dumb...if he was pissed that he was promised a 450 HP tune and got a cheesy tow tune would you still be making fun of him?

All I was trying to get at if you give a man your word saying you can do something for him then that is what I expect and if he makes a mistake or misses up hey thats cool we are human we dont ever get everything right the first try and I give him a chance to fix his mistake i told him that everything worked perfect but the lope tune and the guy that paid $399 for the tunes just wanted that problem fixed because that is part of what he paid for and Mark didnt know how to fix it and it still aint fixed Mark just made the Hot tune lope which still made the guy happy but if Mark didnt know how to make a lope tune for a LBZ then why didnt he just say hey I cant make one for a LBZ because they have a different operating system instead of being like yeah no problem ill fix ya right up. and I just thought as big of a performance shop as danville is dont get me wrong Mark has built some strong running dmaxs I pull agent one of them all the time, I just thought that this needed to have been said to the public that it dont matter if you have somebody that buys $20000 worth of parts off of you or just buys a sticker and a t-shirt they all deserve to takin care of and treated the same.

I can understand where your coming from. But you should have posted this over at DP where Mark is a vendor so he could have seen this. He doesn't get on this site much.

This is exactly what is wrong with all of this. If you have a problem with something I did, then send me an email so I can resolve it instead of posting it on a website that I don't visit but once in a blue moon. You did NOT talk to me, you talked to Larry and this is were the misunderstanding took place. For that I apologize but you giving me attitude back in an email is not helping the situation at all. That I do not appreciate. As stated before I bend over backwards for my customers to make them happy. You will be hard pressed to find unhappy customers of mine.

I did send you a email saying everything works fine but the lope tune and you said Sorry about that, LBZ's don't like to lope properly like LB7 and LLY's.
Unfortunately there is not a whole lot I can do about it and that I do not appreciate somebody taking hard earned money and not willing to help out when there is a little problem I mean yall took a weeks pay check from somebody and sent me tunes 24 min later so I know it wasnt that hard to deal with and why didnt larry say we cant make a lope tune for lbz's I mean if you already know the lbz will not lope properly then why try and make lope tunes for them, Im not hard to get along with, and I will work with anybody and try to fix something the best I can its like I said in earlier post David Pedigo talks highly of yall and it was him that sent me yalls way and this tuning had nothing to do with me I was just trying to help a friend out and he is somebody that likes diesels to lope I dont know why that is just something he enjoys and when the truck would not lope at all he was pissed over the $400 for tunes and I was unhappy with yall because you didnt wanna fix this problem. but it is fixed now he is satisfed for what its worth

And I sent you back a set of tunes with a lope and never got an email back so I thought that I took care of the issue. I agree with you Mike and this is the reason why I will not work on trucks that are from other shops because they are not happy with what they paid for. I tell them to go back to who they had the work done by and make them make it right.
