first i did a few searches for 2184999151, i found it as a sprint number. i searched that number with the name david and I got the name david manderfield. I cannot guaranty any of that information is good info. Its all just what I can find in public records. All of this is just a guide to find the truth, if you want to verify, call him from a diferent number and see if he awnsers.
i found another address and another phone number.
