Ill have to look up where to find some male OBD plugs...probably an extra 15 bucks or so?? Those sorts of things are ridiculously expensive for what they are.

Nice bit of work there. :thumb:

I assume there is no locking tab on the male connector?

So gravity and the "ears" are holding the V2 onto the plug.

Have any trouble bouncing it off the connector?

no problems at all, the grip holds it "on" the connector just fine. :)

ok Im almost done with the jigs and 'tooling' to make the parts for these with consistency.

I also switched to a black wiring harness so it looks nicer/cleaner.

Would everyone just like them black? Otherwise, for a couple extra bucks I can color match them to your interior color (tan, gray, charcoal).

also trying to think of a name for it...anyone have any ideas?

ok it looks like its going to be an extra 15-20 bucks or so for a completely plug and play setup, with a right angle OBD plug so its clean and doesnt stick out into your shin.

otherwise, you just splice into the wires behind the DLC (obd port)

Most women I have known tell me black goes with everything...:)

How about "The V2 Bear Hug" (thinking of "don't feed the Ben" and the grabber ears...)

Ben, Great idea. Are you sure you didn't graduate with a M.E. or Electrical Engineering degree:D

Good job.:thumb:
