No wonder the seller did not keep his word, by looking at the video he is just a little boy and probably dose not understand how a Man's word is all he is worth in the end.
being in the construction business i know this all to well and its a shame it is that way on the business side what he did to you is inexcuseable. i've had that happen to me a few years ago i bought a 70 chevelle guy on the phone told me on price i get to his house forsale sign in back of the car said 5 grand less than he told me so i said somethin we agreed upon the 25,000 for the car i gave him the bank check which would take 48hours to clear he called me 2 days later saying no deal he wasn't selling me the car anymore..found out later he sold the car for 28,000 to someone else...
I hand them a check, the vehicle comes home with me, get's loaded on a trailer or I drive it home.
if it was a regular check..but it was a loan check and bank wouldn't clear it for 48hrs...
