we we'retalking about this on gmfs...crane just entered the LSx game WAY too late to be able to compete.

Anymore in this marketplace you have to stay ontop of current performace parts, thats how comp/vinci/patriot/etc all make their profits. There will always be a demand for SBC/BBC and counterpart motors but theres going to be a larger demand in newer technologies, especially as fast as car makers are developing new motors these days.

Shame to see them go because we need more parts as is, but the top companies are the ones that are willing to re-tool or expand their product catalog as fast as the new motors are being torn apart for forged builds.

Daytona is a shitty area to run a business. Everyone is either poor or retired.

This doesn't matter much these days. Alot of everything knowaday's is sold or researched online and are purchased that way or over the phone. How many people outside of Cali have actually been to Socal Diesel, PPE, Banks? Not many.

yep tell me about it, and we had some problems with there early LSX stuff. like bad springs, and what not....its a shame tho too see em go, cause they were just starting to pick it up in the last year or so and come out with some good stuff!

Crap! That sucks. I had a couple custom SBC blank cores on the shelf down there. Nothing but a busy signal on the phones now.
