My wife's LMM is the just like Adam's and I absolutely hate it and how it acts. I want to yank it and build it just because of how shitty the factory converter is in it. I will be using this 1074 in it when I do get around to doing it.:thumb:

Mine was also like that. It definitely wasn't like that when it was new. I think the fins were somewhat laid over or something.

How much power does this truck have? Looks like it broke the tires loose at 60 with 3/4 throttle.

That is tune 3 which was somewhere in the 600-750hp range(I honestly don't remember the exact power) and that was closer to 1/2 throttle cause it keeps cutting the tires loose. Yes, this is Shime's baby and I absolutely love this combination. Trany even runs cooler with this converter compared to others it seems. I live 10miles from the shop and it is only getting up to 120degrees on this trip where I have normally seen a minimum of 150-160degrees on the normal converter selections we use. I think the fuel mileage will be helped also because of the way it drives around normally which will be a big plus to me! Can't thank Evan from Limitless for spearheading this converter project and Andrew and crew at Suncoast for delivering one of the best converters I have ever driven, this combo just plan rocks!!!

I posted way earlier in this thread saying mike recommended a goerund G converter for this application in a truck I'm working on. The 1056 the truck has in it now has crazy harsh lock up.
I was wrong, mike told us to get a "C" converter. Ive got the trans out now and am installing the c, I'll try to get a video and send to someone who can upload it.
