any one who has ever lined up with Rob knows he is a animal on the tree .
Congrats Trent on your accomplishments as it's awsome. How did the lock up controller work for you and did the headers and up pipes keep egts down any?
Nice job Trent and Matt, sorry I missed the event, but when water starting coming out the exhaust manifold of Max'd Out after all we have been through the last three weeks, I said screw and decided to go home and drink. Rob is tough to beat on the lights, he's getting the pro tree down pretty good. My 06 should be done by the race in Spokane, any chance you or Matt making that one? Also when is the NADM race in SLC? Again, congratulations to you both. I'm sure both of you will be in Boise on the 4th of October.
trent it was nice meeting you. I looked at the videos and now I just need to figure out how to post them.
Next time I WON'T be watching
trents truck is slow and ugly
I almost forgot , for those wondering about how the latest parts did and which ones made the difference ......................... the headers and modded reg prob made the biggest , you can see from the vid how fast it is spooling , i was launching at 22-28 psi and you can see it does not take long to acheive that plus both are fully lit almost within the first 60 ft from watching the vid .
the lock up controller worked great but i ran it without and didnt seem to slow down significantly the runs did feel better with it on though ( shifting ) i think it will show big gains for some though but i have stated all along that the converter was coupling good even when it wasnt locked , i do think it helped with my consistancy though .
the intercooler i cant say yet , my IAT's were higher up there than they have been my last few times out , plus hot lapped it a few times , it was 80 deg's ambient , started run at 140 IAT temp and it did scrub them off pretty good by the end of the run ( 111 ) so 30 deg reduction in 11.6 sec but i have to run at home and compare logs . the pother run i logged started at 106 and end of run was 92 deg ambient was 80 so 12 over ambient seems pretty good ?
