I work on trucks I do not produce action movies, sorry for the poor quality movie.
The truck is just an old shop that sits around. It is filthy dirty and has 250k miles on it.
Its hard to see the tech 2 screen but you can see 20 psi of boost instantly, and if you watch the maf it just jumps from 200 to pegged at 499 instantly.
EGT's do get a bit high and you can see by the pipe there is a bit of fuel as it lights.

The top pids on the tech 2 were rpm, maf, boost, and app%.

Its a little easier to see on the edge monitor, boost is in the lower right corner at the end of the video.
On the last run Josh I put in the lock in 5th trans tune, the only rpm change you hear is the tc lock.
But if you look the truck started at about 45 mph and carried 3-5 psi, then within 2 seconds of video time the boost was at 22 psi, and never goes higher.
I am pretty sure this truck lights faster than stock.
It's a good thing you don't produce movies because that one is pretty poor in the quality department.

I tried watching it on my phone, and I couldn't tell anything. I'll look at it on my laptop tomorrow and see what I can see. However, a video of a tech 2 is not much for proof. I will gladly post screen shots of logs from my stock motor stock turbo truck showing how fast it spools in whatever conditions you feel like testing (up to 3400 rpm). I'm 99.9999999% sure the stock turbo will win any test you choose. You perform the test and post your results with a screen shot from EFILive, and I will do the same. If you win, I will gladly admit it, but I just don't see it happening.

Ill redo mine the right way. Lol.

No worries. Unless I missed it, I think your log stopped at 10psi instead of 20 and one was in 4th gear. I may be wrong though. Let me know and I'll get the info in the list!

Bringing up the rear haha! If you want my section filled my tires were 305/70 R16 and elevation was about 5300ft.

I'll get it updated!

Most impressive one to me so far is the stock/475 combo. We need another one to compare but I bet all the results are pretty quick with the stock twin combos.

I'll get some more as soon as the temp goes back up near freezing. I have access to a truck with a TCT 472/87/1.0, built motor and 100s that I will get a few logs from. I'm really impressed with how responsive it is.

My elevation is 994'; tires were 265/65r16; AAT was 26º; 40% injectors

TX of course
The stock tune doesn't make 20 PSI.....:roflmao: and what it does make takes forever. After that log my work truck don't seem so slow.

I'll have to get more logs not enough road in town to get a good one.

I was a little bit skeptical on the triple compression technology at first.
Installed one as a high pressure and it surprised me.

This truck should be very impressive.

Copied from the other post. I need to update the spreadsheet.

0-20psi runs from a stop and from a roll at 1500rpm 5th gear TC locked no downshift.

Old test:

T4 S366 over T6 S480 both standard cast wheels
tires - 305/50r20
air temp - 45F
elevation - 270'

from a standstill 3.57sec
from a 1500rpm roll 4.72sec

Test with the Batmo:

T4 S366 over T6 S480 batmo
tires - 305/50r20
air temp - 44F
elevation - 270'

from a standstill 3.058sec
from a 1500rpm roll 4.43sec

That's a decrease in spool up time of 14.2% from a stand still and a decrease of 6% from a 1500rpm roll. The 1500rpm roll is not a good comparison because I did not have the TCM tune in to hold 5th so I had to feather the throttle best I could to keep from down shifting. Even with feather it, it still spooled quicker.

easy to do! Just need to make sure you are logging the right PID's and get after it :thumb:

maybe i missed it, but was there a list of what PIDs everyone is logging?

reading this REALLY makes me think I need to spend some more time with my EFI live, hell i dont even know how to turn my logged data into a graph!

My truck tonight

Well you guys got me thinking about this so me and my oldest son decided to try this to see what mine does, lol! I did a flat foot stand still launch and it did 0-20psi in 2.549 sec. which I thought was pretty good for a bigger VGT and stock fueling on a stock motor. Specs are as follows:

White Lightning 06 LBZ 2wd built Gmax w/1056
Stock LMM motor with stock lmm sticks/ LBZ ECM
Modded LMM cp3, PPE Race valve, ported rail fittings, Fass150
LML driverside manifold, Allseason's SuperHighflow 3" egr delete kit
Banks Technicooler, AFE 3" Hot pipe, DP 3" Downpipe, AEM CAI
DP B66x/4094va VGT

Tuning was 26degrees @2153us max and makes 40psi max @1150-1250egts 550+hp and almost 100% smokefree!

Elevation is 875ft, 50Degrees AAT
3.42gears w-305/50R20

When I get a chance I'll write a tcm tune and give is a whirl at highway speed without a kick down.:thumb:

You change turbo's on that truck like my wife changes shoes bud!
Not bad at all though!
