Kinda like the sound of the e-locker. Seems like a lot less crap to install or worry about failing. What backspace are u running with the 285s? I have 4.5in backspace now and would like to run 285s till I get my new rims next year.

The nice thing about either of the lockers is they dont change the driveability at all. Not any diff than stock when its not engaged! Not sure on the BS, got them used. If i did it over again, i'd have the next size bigger tire. 285's just aint enuf gearing on most tracks in 3rd gear and my truck cant pull 4th gear most of the time. Prob is you cant fit big tires on a non-lifted GM!

I hear that. Would love bigger tires. That's why I was wondering bs. If your rub or not. Cause I'm in need of tires and would like to go bigger if I can. But I'm not liftin as of now and if I do it will be 4in at most. Sick of big lifts. Had 12in and 40s. Now I want a fast/ good puller. A lot more fun.
