I know, I know. You guys will be mad because I don't have any pics, but yesterday I tuned a truck for a guy I know that owns a local body shop. It was an 06 CC/SB Dually. It was a really clean good looking truck. I was just wondering if anyone else has seen one before. He actually made the short bed dually fenders. I'll try to get some pics of the truck in a few days.

Havent seen a GMT-800 in that configuration yet. Have seen a few in the GMT-400 platform though. There some sexy looking trucks.

there's a guy on TDP with one that looks awesome! They look so "stocky" or bulldog-ish which is badass IMO!!

I've heavily considered doing it to my EC SB on more than one occassion and with a donor dually out back, it crosses my mind a LOT. I'd buy those fenders made for the GMT-800 shortbeds. In fact, I was looking at 19.5s today as I was thinking of selling my truck in favor of a newer truck but with Braydens newest offerings, that kinda nixes part of my reasoning so I've been thinking of what I'd like to do to mine to make it more of what I want. It sure would be a lot cheaper to add a few things to mine than buy a new truck so the "keep it" option is looking good these days!!

I've seen those bolt on flares, but the cool thing about this one is he actually cut and sectioned the fenders from a regular dually bed and molded them into the steel shortbed bedside. Looks really good. If you didn't know GM never made a short bed dually, you wouldn't know it wasn't stock.

Sounds pretty cool, I have thought of it as well. What color was it?
It was a darkish maroon on bottom and black on top. Really a slick looking truck.

I have seen a CC/SB Dually  ford  but never a chevrolet. Post some pics

:nopic:

Somebody had to do it :witch:

Where do you live? My parents live on Route 7 in Burghill (Mintern's German Shepherds) and I went to high school in Kinsman.

Sorry it took me so long, but I finally got back over there and took some pictures. It's been raining pretty much every day for a week so it's a little dirty, but here it is.
