For the 1R-0750 filters, what kind of mile interval are you guys going on these for changing em?

on DP people claim to go like 15-20k on theres from what Ive seen and they say they still looked good. I figure for 13 bucks i cant really go wrong.

Oh dang! I've got 40,000 on my AirDog filter and it isn't dropping pressure yet. But I fill the tank through a filter, so that probably helps.

I wonder if there is an adapter to put the CAT filter on the AirDog?

You can modify the bracket and unscrew the 2 little black things and a CAT will screw right on,I can't find the link but my son did it w/ his AD150 and works fine.

Change mine every 6k miles or every other oil change. Ohio CAT charges $16.10, free delivery to the local drop box.

I have been going 10k on mine, but i filter it prior to filling the tank and i also have an airdog now. Its funny how different CAT dealerships charge. Its $14.21 a filter here in ND

I've cut 2 of mine open @ 10k and they were only discolored about a 1/3 of the way up, so I think I'm in good shape.

You can easly go 12-14k with a cat filter, that's my interval time on the c-15, which runs 10x the amount of fuel thru it than a Dmax ever could!!!

Most the customers buying them from us have told us that they are doing 10k miles. We just got the 1R-0751 for the Air Dog in so I do not have any feedback on that filter yet.

Still might add one, even tho I'm Gona do a custom dual filter/lift pump setup.
Might still move the factory fuel filter & add a cat one

Does not having the water seperator concern anyone else? I have the adaptor and filter sitting on work bench but I dont like that part. I know donalson makes a filter with water seperator but I like how easy and cheap the cat filter is.

i dont use the cat filters but being as i work on cat equiptment guess i could ask the parts guys what my price would be with fmi discount hum
