Ya I have learned a lot with trying to get this turbo to work. I'm glad Steve had me take all the pics and send them to him, and he put them on here. Should be ordering the housing for it today.

I see that you've come to that conclusion, and I'm not doubting that is your problem. But if the housing is too loose it should still work if you rev it to the moon.

I disagree, with my 472 on the stock tune it is not enough fuel to light it no matter the rpm, best i get is a spike to 17-18psi when the converter locks. If that housing is big enough to be an atmo charger theres no way he is foing to spool it as a single with stock fuel.

I wasn't suggesting that it be done with a stock file. I've seen and driven some big setups on stock fuel and it can be done but I'm sure you guys are going the right direction with a divided housing. It will certainly be a lot more friendly to drive with higher velocity in the turbine.

From what I gathered from what Mark said, it is so big it just isn't going to light up, akin to running a standard T6 1.32 S475 as a single. Of course I could be wrong as I don't have a ton of experience with different chargers, and all of my future turbo questions are going to Mark :thumb:

i was gunna say i can push my 475 up to 45psi with the wastegate completely open on the small charger but then i remembered i have alot more fuel than stock..........

You running a 1.10 housing? I'm buying on from my friend that he was was running on his puller. Anyways I have stock sticks right now, so I'm wondering if I'll be able to spool it? Sorry for the slight thread jack. :)
