Primary fermentation takes 7-10 days then it needs to carbonate in my keg. Then I can bottle it.

Yeast is starting to drop so next week sometime ill rack to the secondaries.

Ha nope not trans fluid. I sampled some last night and even though it has a little to go its really fricking good. For thanks giving I'm going to add some spices ie cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice and possibly cloves which will make for a damn good thanksgiving drink.
