Haven't you guys seen me all over fb(Brad Puls)? I trash talk the f*ck out of dmitri, lol. Dans tuning is very good. I use him, Duramaxtuner, Paul Cato, and motor ops. I give the customer there own choice. I even have Dans tunes on one of my personal trucks with a 72mm VGT and 60% overs, runs very clean and very hard. Very impressed with it.

No, those trans builds were not impressive at all but he put out a public announcement recalling all of the ones that were built recently.

While we are at it. The only reason those builds were recalled is because Dmitri blasted DDP on facebook and his posts have over 200 some replies with who knows how many views.

Coming on here and blindly defending someone who takes advantage of our fellow diesel friends within this small community is not cool and will not gain you any friends or compassion. See things for what they are and that is 1.) you don't know what you are doing and 2.) you pimp other peoples service who **** others in the sport. Both of those are not cool.

I can see how I might have came off a little cocky there, I really just don’t like him. And I have no bad reviews with Dan. But I don’t JUST deal with him. I build my own trans, I get tunes from DT, Paul, Calibrated Addiction, and MotorOps. I deal with a lot of different companies....I try to be as neutral as I can and treat everyone the same. I’m only 22....I got a lot of learning. That’s why I joined this forum. And yes, I don’t like all the heat that dan gets when I know a handful of companies that have done there fair share of shady shit and no one ever knows about. But, I apologize for coming off cocky, I see how that looks, if I could delete that reply I would....lol

Dude cmon. I don't mean to pick on you but your literally begging for it. You come on here out of nowhere acting like we should all know who you are because you post some sh*t on Facebook. Then try to brag on a performance Duramax forum about running an absolutely miserable time with not one, but 3 different trucks. I'm not sure what your goal is here but if it's to make yourself look ridiculous your doing everything right.....

God forbid I join a forum to discuss. Didn’t realize the duramax Diesel forum had just as many douchebags as Facebook

I'm 25, been learning from these fellas for a while now, way before Facebook. Was on that facebook stuff for 2 months then deleted my Facebook because of the Idiocracy. These guys are honest, there comments are harsh...but true and they talk in a way where they know there comments can't be deleted (unlike Facebook). Earn respect, don't hop on this band wagon thinking your a chief. It doesn't end well and youll pushed away from us "douchebags" and will be on FACTBOOK again.

My local track must be .75 seconds fast cause my stock engine lb7 with built trans and Maxx effort tunes ran 12.93@103. But huge huge traction issues. Like 3.40 60ft times. Once again. You are not making powa

I’m gonna blame it on the track still....I’ll post times from a different track in the spring. I’m not kidding every single person I’ve talked to about it have ran .5 faster at either Earlville or Cordova(in this area) but I’ve never been able to go to those tracks, let alone with my own truck..

Alright, so what’s possibly wrong with the truck then.

Would have to know the complete truck setup (installed parts/tuning/suspension/tires/driver experience) to give any insight into that. Suffice to say you either have an exceptionally optimistic dyno or poorly thought out track setup.

On edit: I just read a post on another forum that said track temp at Byron was 36* for the diesel drags. If your guys were stubborn about their truck's setups, then theres one problem. Explains the high 60s, but not the mid-track slowness.

I’ll comment on the stock one....13.07 - 1.8 60ft

305/50 420s
Bolts almost all the way out
1” drop in rear
Cal Tracs
CCSB full weight
7500lbs+ w/ driver
Duramax Tuner max effort tunes
Built trans by me

The 13.07 was done with a 2nd gear start tune with some modified lockup and shift points, with 1st gear start and stock TCM tuning, best run was 13.17 with a 1.7 60’

Yes, track was 36 and this was also the best time the stock LBZ ran. Ran a 13.2 best in the spring.

Kyle Engel was running 12.2 if you know his truck, I would think that truck should be in the high 11s. I set him up with a 2nd gear start tune but I’m not sure if he was able to try it out yet, been raining here.

Here’s a real soft launch I did tonight. She pulls dam hard, compared it to videos of my vgt and it’s definitely faster.
